How does it work?

Request the service and schedule a video consultation or receive a callback from a doctor to get an answer to your medical question.

    Log in to the portal and click the button to request the service. Enter a brief description of your question or concern and schedule a video consultation or receive a callback from a doctor.

  • 2 Talk to a doctor.

    Once we have received your request, our doctor will contact you in the manner you have requested. After the consultation, you will receive a brief report on what was discussed and advised.

  • 3 Get answers to your medical questions.

    Feel free to ask our doctor any questions you have, and if needed, we can schedule a follow-up consultation for further assistance.

This service is not suitable for urgent questions. Below are some examples of indications that are not suitable for this service.
Symptoms that are not suitable for our service are: chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, severe bleeding, suicidal thoughts or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications and high fever in a sick child. If you feel unwell, we advise you to contact the local emergency number (112 in Europe).
